Safety Precautions

We take health seriously ay CrossFit Old South! 

We have a large space so people can socially distance during a workout.  Disinfectant and cleaning cloths are placed around the gym, and all members ARE REQUIRED to sanitize their equipment after each use. We also have plenty of space outside. When the weather permits our garage doors are open and the workout is extended outdoors.
