Please come ANY Saturday at 8:00 as many times as you like. This is a perfect opportunity for first time crossfitters to join a workout. Coaches will help you scale or safely adjust any workout to your fitness level.

For perspective new members, you can attend a single weekly class for free. We highly recommend reaching out before dropping into a class so we can let the coach know you’re coming.

Pay Your First Months Membership (No Contracts)
Join any/all classes of your choosing. The coaches will work to help you scale all workouts safely.
Once you’re sure Crossfit Old South is for you, we’ll work with your schedule to help you quickly safely adopt all the more technical movements through our fundamentals course. This is usually around one month in.
