Saturday morning class at 8:30 am is always free to anyone in the community. Join Us!
Please come ANY Saturday at 8:00 as many times as you like. After that, your first weekly class is free! Check out our class schedule, choose a class that works for you, and then contact us at crossfitoldsouth@hotmail.com. If you decide to become a member, we ask that you take the Fundamentals Course within your first month of membership.
The Individual Plan allows unlimited access to all classes.
Unlimited Sessions - $150/month

10% discount for military, 1st responders, teachers, over 55, and college students under 25. Dues are due by the 10th of each month.

The Fundamentals Course is required after your first month of attending classes. This four-class course is scheduled on an as-needed basis. It includes detailed personal training that will teach you warm-ups, basic techniques, terminology, movements used in classes, and how to avoid injury. The Fundamentals Course will prepare you for normal monthly membership.
Please contact James McCord at 615-339-3033 to set up fundamentals. Coaches Kim Christensen and Steve Wiler also offer this course at various times through the week if you have a conflict, so we can work around your schedule!

The Family Plan provides for 2 married adults living in the same home. Additional family members above the age of 13 ,and residing in the same home, have an additional charge.

Unlimited Sessions - $225/month
Each additional member over 13 - $25/month
